SOLVING TRIGONOMETRIC EQUATIONS

Solve for x in the following equations.

Problem 9.9a:         $5\tan \left( \displaystyle \frac{x}{6}\right) +2=0$

Problem 9.9b:         $3\cos \left( \displaystyle \frac{2x}{5}\right) +7=5$

Problem 9.9c:         $4\sin \left( \displaystyle \frac{7x}{11}\right) +9=10$

Solution.

Problem 9.9d:         $5\csc \left( \displaystyle \frac{3x}{7}\right) =15$
